While most ciders taste like fruit juice and contain 10-25 grams of sugar, Guthrie ciders do not need to mask the pure and delicious taste of the fermented juice. Our base cider has a taste profile similar to a white wine and all additions are intended to promote and complement its original flavor.
Naturally gluten-free and made with real fruit. Very little sugar and 8% ABV.
OUR PROCESS BEGINS WITH THE FINEST PACIFIC NORTHWEST APPLES. A CAREFULLY SELECTED COMBINATION OF VARIETALS IS FRESH PRESSED INTO JUICE. USING TECHNIQUES BORROWED FROM TRADITIONAL WINEMAKING, WE FERMENT THE JUICE INTO CIDER — THE SAME WAY GRAPES ARE FERMENTED INTO WINE. WE NEVER ADD SUGAR, BEFORE OR AFTER FERMENTATION, AND WE NEVER PASTEURIZE OUR FINISHED PRODUCT. OUR CIDERS ARE FINISHED WITH SPICES, TEAS, FRUITS OR NOTHING AT ALL.
